Colin Fitzpatrick

Perfect reproduction from 2 different gigs!!!

Colin is the bass player and the newest member of Stagepass. He occasionally sings or tries to on backing vocals (AKA a hack). Colin, a native of Euclid and a Euclid Senior High graduate ("Go Panthers"), started playing in 1980 with a band called "The Band of the Lost" doing cover material. Some of Colin's other projects were "Fury" (originals and cover), "Freewill" (all cover, no Rush - Sorry Frank, Bob, Chris and Donny of "Presto", a good band!), and his most popular band of the late 80's and early 90's, "Excalibur"! Excalibur still plays out with C & S Sound and Lighting running occasional production. He met Kelly Derrick when Excalibur reunited in 95. Kelly is one of the two lead singers Excalibur now has (one of Kelly's other projects - go figure). Back in August of 97, Stagepass went through a personnel change with their bassist leaving the band. Not knowing whom they were going to get or how soon they could be getting them, Frank Cinkole from C & S Sound and Lighting said "How about Colin Fitzpatrick from Excalibur"? Kelly said "Oh yeah!" and the rest is history! Colin plans on writing and singing on Stagepass's future projects. He resides in Mentor Ohio with his wife and family. His daytime gig is a Product Designer with Argo-Tech Corp in Cleveland Ohio. He likes music, family, aviation, home remodeling, and work (the man is sick!). Colin doesn't know whether he's a silent or not so silent member of Stagepass yet. We'll see what happens in 1998!
