MYSTICISM, MUSIC, AND POETRY MEET
IN THE GROOVES OF "THREE FISH

U.S. Club Tour Will Showcase Songs
From A New Epic Album

Drawing on inspirations ranging from the music of the Grateful Dead to the 13th- century Persian poetry of Jelalludin Rumi, Three Fish have just released their self-titled debut album and will begin their first US tour on July 3 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Three Fish is Robbi Robb (vocals, guitar), Richard Stuverud (drums), and Jeff Ament (12-string and fretless bass, 12-string guitar, djembe). The band and director Frank Suffert recently returned from Cairo and Istanbul, where they filmed "Laced," the first video from the just-released debut album Three Fish.

In its three-star review, Rolling Stone called Three Fish "an eccentric, savory de-tour...into Indo-bohemian mysticism and rough-hewn trance-rock." The Los Angeles Times says: "The band leans on a no-holds-barred sound that rings with the emotive, loose-limbed flow of Middle Eastern music."
