Experience working with the Promis system which was very helpful in updating the status of equipment on a daily basis. Tools used: Prometrix, Nanospec, and Elipsometer were used for measuring wafers. MGI was used for leading and unloading the wafers. Microscope and OAI were used for inspecting the wafers. FSI and wet sinks were used in cleaning the wafers. Tencor was used in reading particles on the wafers. All processes were conducted by using specification standards.

Duties included thorough inspection and packaging of merchandise. Tools used: Microscope.
