No one in the house woke up until 1 PM from the annoying chime of the doorbell. It seemed like Amy was the only one who heard it, or actually reacted to it.
Amy rolled over and came face to face with Nick. He was still sleeping. She carefully and quietly pried his arm off her and slipped out of the room. She walked down the stairs in only a tiny white tank top that was see through and a pair of Nick's boxers.
She opened the door and was suprised to see AJ there.
"Hey!" AJ smiled at her. He gave her a hug.
"Hey, your here early."
"Not really...." he laughed. "It's one in the afternoon."
"Oh," she mumbled. The bright sun came onto her face so she had to put her hand over her eyes to see him. "Come in," she opened the door wider.
"Did I wake you up? If I did I'm sorry, I didn't know that anyone could sleep that late," he laughed.
"Yeah, but its ok. I needed to get my fat ass out of bed anyway."
They walked into the kitchen and Amy went thorugh the fridge.
"Men, they are such pigs," she said in disgust as she pulled out old pizza and chinese boxes that were growing green stuff.
"If I can find something edible, want some?" Amy asked.
"Sure," AJ said, not taking his eyes off her chest.
"AJ!" She smacked him on the shoulder. She grabbed one of Kevin's big button up plaid shirts and buttoned a couple buttons. "Your such a pervert!"
He grinned. "Your the one who's walking around practicly naked!"
"Your the one who's looking!!" Amy laughed.
"Why wouldn't I look?" AJ asked defensivly. "I see this beautiful girl walking around almost naked, who wouldn't want to look?"
She growled at him then turned back to the fridge.
"Damn it! Theres no food in here!" Amy slammed the doors closed then stopped and realized that everyone else was sleeping.
"Come on, I'll take you out for brekfast. I need to talk to you anyway."
"You sure?"
"Yea, I'm positive. Now go put some clothes on!"
"K!" She quietly climbed the stairs and went into her room that she shared with Thorin, Jessica and Chrissy. None of them were in there.
She grinned to herself, knowing that Chrissy was probaly in Howie's bed, Thorin in Brian's and Jessica in Kevin's, but knowing that none of them had had sex. "And they thought I was bad for staying with Nick," she mumbled to herself.
She quickly changed into blue border shorts and a white tank top. She pulled her hair into a high pony tail and put on a pair of black sandals.
"Ready?" AJ asked as she came down the stairs.
Yup!" She opened the front door. "Oh shit, wait, I gotta write a note so that when Nick wakes up and realizes that I'm not still in bed next to him he'll know where I am."
AJ's heart sunk. "Ok, I'll go out in my car and wait for you."
Amy quickly scribbeld down a note then stuck it onto the counter.
She hopped into AJ's car. "Wow, this is nice, I like it."
"Thanx"
"So where are we gonna go?" Amy asked.
"I don't care, where ever you want to."
"Mc Donald's is fine......are we gonna bring everyone back something?"
"I guess," AJ shrugged.
They pulled into a local McDonalds. They ordered then sat in one of the back booths.
"So what was it that you wanted to talk about?" Amy asked.
AJ looked up from his food and smiled. "I want to take you somewhere. I'll tell you there."
"Ok...."
They finished eating then ordered everyone in the house something.
"So where are we gonna go?"
"You're just going to have to wait to find out."
He soon pulled the car into an empty parking lot that was over looking the beach.
"Wow, this is beautiful!" Amy got out of the car.
"I come here to think, its really peaceful."
They sat on the hood of the car in silence.
"So what happened with Laura? Where is she?" Amy broke the silence.
"Well, after yesterday we broke up and she went down to Miami to stay with some friends for a few days then shes going back to California."
"Aw I'm sorry. How are you taking it?"
"Actually, I'm happy. I was so sick of the way she was always treating people, so crued all the time. And when you got in the fight yesterday I couldn't take it anymore so we broke up. I was glad to see you hit her, she did deserve it."
Amy took his hand in hers. "So your not mad that I did that?"
"Hell no, she deserved everything she got." AJ smiled.
"Oh, okay," Amy laughed.
AJ took a deep breath. He still had her hand in his. "What I wanted to tell you was that well, Amy, I have really strong feelings for you. I like you alot. I can't get you out of my head."
Amy was stunned that he had just said that. "AJ.....I......I....." She didn't know what to say.
"AJ, your a great guy. Your such a sweetie and not to mention fine as hell," she laughed. "And if I wasn't going out with Nick you'd be first on my list. But I love Nick."
"I understand....." AJ said sadly.
"AJ, come on, don't do this to me. I like you alot too, but I was once told to follow my heart, and thats what I did and thats how I ended up with Nick. I want to be friends with you, but we can't be anything more. I'm sorry. And if you'd like I can get you a girl, because I know the perfect one."
"You'd do that?"
"AJ, your my friend. I'd do anything for you," Amy smiled.
He grinned. "So tell me a little bit about this friend of yours."
"Not now, we gotta get back to the house."
"Ah damn," He slid off the top of the car.

They arrived back at the house ten mintues later with everyone's food.
Everyone else was just sitting around the big glass table, looking like zombies.
"We brought ya'll food," AJ and Amy started passing out the Big Breakfasts.
They passed the food around until it was all gone.
Nick kept giving Amy the 'what-were-you-two-doing-alone?' look.
She ignored it and went into the living room to watch TV with AJ.
"Are you gonna tell me about you're friend now?" AJ whinned.
Amy smacked her forhead. "Thats what I forgot! I'll call her now," Amy got up, grabbed a phone then went onto the porch and sat on the swing.
AJ followed like a puppy at her ankles, anxcious to hear about her friend. Amy giggled and playfully hushed him.
She dialed the number. After a couple rings someone picked up.
"Hello?"
"Karine? Hey!"
Karine recognized the voice immediatly. "Amy!!!! Hey!!! How are you? Whats it like up there? Havin' fun up there with out me?"
"Come on K, don't make me feel bad. I miss you, but yeah I'm having a great time. Everyone is so nice up here." She smiled at AJ who was listening on a different phone to their comversation. "So hows everything at home?"
"We're doin' ok......but Mike got arrested."
"Mike got arrested??" Amy almost screamed. "How?"
"Alison dumped him so he got waisted and was driving his car and got pulled over. So they took him in for underage drinking. He's not gonna be there for long since he's rich, his parents already paid the bail."
"Aw....poor Mikey! Why'd she dump him?"
"I aske dher and she said htat she doesn't know! Can you believe her? They've been a couple for over five years and then she just blows it over nothing. I think she's been sleeping with Zack....that stupid slut."
"What a bitch! How can she do that? Man, I feel so bad for Mike! I'm gonna cry!!!!"
"I know, she's so stupid."
Amy changed the subject. "So Ms. Karine....ya seein anyone now?"
"No....." She sighed sadly.
"Oh.....so what are you gonna be doin' all Sping Break?"
"Nothing special. I've been to the beach a couple times to check out some of the hottie surfers but I'm just sitting here watching tv and getting fat."
Amy looked at AJ to see if he was interested. He grinned and she took it as a yes.
"Hey Reeny, can ya hold on for a sec?" Amy asked.
"Yup."
Amy put the phone on hold and looked at AJ. "Ya think she could come up for a while?"
"How old is she?" AJ asked.
"19"
"You gotta ask Kev since its his house, but I want her to come down."
Amy laughed. "Don't worry, you'll like her."
She picked up the phone again. "Karine, its Brian's mom, can I call you back in a few mintues?"
"Yeah, sure, peace."
"Bye."
AJ laughed, "Damn! Your a good liar!"
She grinned then went to find Kevin. He was still at the table with everyone else eating. She went up and whispered in his ear. "I need to ask you something in private."
He nodded and followed her into the living room.
"Is it me or is she wierd?" Howie asked.
"She's weird," Everyone said at the same time then started laughing.
"I HEARD THAT!!!!" Amy yelled.
It caused them to laugh even more.
Amy cornerd Kevin. "Ok, see I know someone I want to hook AJ up with. Her name is Karine and she's 19 and lives in West Palm. She's one of my bestfriends. She'd be perfect for AJ. So I wanted to ask you if..."
He cut her off, "Come up?"
"Yea," Amy laughed.
"She can come up. When can she come?"
"Oh thank you!!!" She hugged him. "I don't know when she can come I gotta call her back. Aw, your so sweet! Thank you so much!"
"No prob!"
She ran back outside to an eagerly waiting AJ. "He said yes!!" She said happily.
AJ hugged her. "Call her!!!"
Amy dialed Karine's number and anxiously waited for someone to pick up.
"Hello?"
"Karine! Oh my God! Guess what! I want you to come up here and stay with us for the rest of Spring Break."
"Oh...I don't know.....I mean, I'm going to feel out of place because I won't know anyone."
"You know me and you've met Chrissy and Thorin! Everyone else is so sweet!"
Karine thought for a few seconds then sighed. "I guess, but how am I gonna get up there?"
"I'll come and pick you up! I can probaly come today. I'll go find out the call you back," Amy said.
"Aight, peace," Karine hung up.
"Come on, lets go talk to everyone else and see if we should go down there tonight," Amy said to AJ.
They entered the house to find everyone doing their own thing.
"GROUP MEETING!!!" Amy yelled loud and clear.
Soon everyone came in.
"What is this? The damn Brady Bunch?" Thorin laughed and sat down next to Brian on the couch.
Everyone else sat down while Amy and AJ stood up in front of everyone.
"Ok, Chris and Thor, you know Karine right?" Amy asked.
"Yeah," Chrissy said.
Thorin nodded.
"Ok, well, I asked Kevin and he said that I could bring her up so I asked her. She said yes and I think that she'd be perfect with AJ. So the thing I want to know is if you guys know of a good time that I could go get her? I was thinking about today. It's almost two now, its takes four hours to drive there, I'll probaly go say hi to some friends, then its another four back. So thats nine hours all together take or leave. So do you guys think I should go tonight or tomorrow morning. I mean, I'm not gonna go alone. AJ is coming and I'm dragging Nick along," Amy said quickly while pacing back and forth in front of everyone.
"Amy! My goodness child! Calm down! Geez! It's up to you. Go get her now if you want, but you're gonna need gas and turnpike money," Chrissy said.
"Oh I know, I've got it. I'll go now. You're gonna come with us, right Nick?" She gave him a seductive puppy dog face.
"Of course I'll come!" Nick jumped off the couch and stood next to her.
"Ok, then let me call her and tell her we're coming. Nick, go get dressed."
"Aight," He ran up the stairs.
Amy took the cordless phone and went into the kitchen. She started cleaning up the counter that was covered with trash from McDonald's because everyone was too lazy to do it themselves.
"Hello?"
"Karine? Hey! How 'bout if we leave in like ten minutes and then it will take us a few hours to get there. During that time you can pack."
"Ok, but who is 'us'?" Karine asked.
"Oh! It's me, my new boyfriend Nick and my friend AJ."
"Oh really? And tell me about this Nick of yours." Karine laughed.
"Karine! It's Nick Carter from the BSB. The tall, sexy blonde one," Amy explained.
"Are you serious? He's a hottie! How'd you manage that one?" Karine laughed.
Amy laughed. "I know....it was pretty easy though!"
"You lucky little slut! I hate you!" Karine teased playfully.
"I know," Amy grinned.
"Ok, well, I've gotta start packing. I'll let you go."
"K, peace."
"Bye!"
A few mintues later Nick came down and they left with AJ in the backseat with NIck drving since they'd be taking turns every couple hours."
