Mirror and Other - the mirror is used to make sure you are doing the lifting the correct way. Especially watching posture. Exercise Balls can be used in many workouts and should be. Calve Machine and Bench - working out your calves on the Calf Machine can be done with different amounts of weight. The Bench can be used for sit-up, crunches, leg extensions, and hamstring curls. The Water Despenser is used for the people that use the cardio machines and need a lil thirst quencher. Although water is good for you, it should be consumed outside of a workout (8-10 cups a day). The Boxing Equiment can be used by any Fitness Center member or drop in person. Cleaning can be done by the individuals that sweat on the equipment with the spray bottle and cloth provided. |
