Cartoons
of the 80's.
There's
something about them that's different about other
cartoons from any other time period. They have a
unique quality about them that sparks something
inside you. I won't go as far as to say that the
cartoons from the 80's are 'better' than those of
other decades...but they are certainly special. It's
not just about nostalgia. Most cartoons from that
decade hold up very well today, even in light of
technical advancements and computer savvy artists.

2005 - The Adventures of The Little
Prince on DVD!
Here's an obscure release for ya!
There is a DVD box set coming for The Adventures of
the Little Prince! It's been a DVD news heavy week,
and this one comes as quite a pleasant surprise. It
originally aired on Nickelodeon in the early 80's and
was one of the first cartoons on the network. One of
my personal favorite shows as a child, 'The
Adventures of The Little Prince: The Complete Series'
will hit stores September 6, for a suggested retail
price of $49.95.

RESCUE RANGERS DVDS!!!
That's right, Duck
Tales and Chip 'n' Dale Rescue Rangers are coming to
DVD this fall! Disney has finally listened to
their fans' pleas and is opening up the vault a bit.
And on November 8, these 3-Disc box sets can be had
for a suggested retail price of $34.99! For the first
time in a long time: Thanks, Disney!
