After seeing The Incredibles, I completely fell in love, and came up with the idea, on these figures, or reinterpretted in the main characters as if they existed within the established DC Universe! So here we have Dash, youngest member of the team (unless you include Jack Jack, which I didn't) I put him with the Teen Titans, but decided that as he is so young, perhaps his parents try to stop him adventuring? Therefore he doesn't get a real costume, just a Mr Incredible t-shirt, loosely based on Superboy's current look!
The body for this figure was Peter Parker from the first Spider-Man movie range. I didn't like the positioning of his arms however, so I replaced those with some arms from the first SMC Spidey, then in turn replaced the hands with those from a BtVS Oz! I'd already used Peter's head for another figure, so I fished out a Mulder head and sculpted him some new hair, as well as sculpting the sleeves and building up the t-shirt sleeves a little as well. I gave him acd player from Scott Evil just for added effect, and I have to say I'm pleased with the end results. |
