Spider-Man Cereal (movie)
		Here is a box of Spider-Man Cereal that ties in with the 2002 movie.  It seems to be similar to Fruit Loops except the cereal is shaped like spider webs.  It carries the "Limited Time Only" tag and is from Kellogg's.  Note the shiney "glitter eyes."  Cool.  On the side it has Spider-Man trivia.
