Here's what you need to check before emailing me:

1. Do you have the right IP address?
2. Do you have the right username or password?
3. DO YOU HAVE THE RIGHT PORT?? (common mistake- its NOT 21)

FAQ Answers:

1. Yes, the referral site costs $4, no you cant have access
for uploading whatever your favorite file is, though I've been
known to give access on a whim if you uploades something GOOD.
2. Dont knock my referal site. That guy's got over 16,000 members and only
about 100 of them are from me, yet he still let's me keep my affiliate
program.
3. Try using a credit card generator if you dont have a card
but the check option is easier to fake.
4. Please dont say you didnt get an email. You'll just have to sign
up again and put in your correct email address this time.
5. Both words used in the login and password are over two letters long.
6. No, I wont get into a TCP/IP and bandwidth discussion with you. My connection is a full T1 line so your maximum speed is 1.5MB/s.
7. Yes, the paypal users get more bandwidth, but both accounts
are fast enough to blow other FTPs away.
8. As mentioned in leech.txt, all paypal users get their own account for
unlimited download for 30 days. Referral users get use of the general
account.
9.If you have kids (I do too, so I understand) you should know that the
referral site only shows up as "gKard" on your credit card, so you can
claim it's for tech support, a birthday gift, a newsletter, whatever.
You wont get in busted by the wife. ;)

Well, my friend, it looks like you really have a problem.
When you email me make sure you make your subject line
read FTP or FTP help or it may get deleted.
Make sure you include ALL of the following:
1. The username youre using
2. The password youre using
3. THE PORT youre using
4. The address youre using (i.e. neverdown.2y.net)
5. What FTP program youre using? (i.e. Cuteftp)
6. What error message youre getting
7. Make sure to include a copy of the email you
got from the referral unless youre a new or paypal user.
I use your Subscription ID to verify that youre signed up
and not one of the hundreds of fake emails I get every day.
8. Your IP address. It is important not to use your internal IP address
if you are using an internal network.
That about covers it. With this info I should be able to help you.
