Usually they are described as wearing dark black suits and sunglasses.They are usually tall and pale with a greenish olive tint to their skin. They move swiftly and akwardly, they hardly ever blink, but the most striking unhuman aspect is their speech, which is always robotic and monotone, sometimes it sounds like a tape recorder playing a bit too slowly, or vastly over enunciated, or normal, but with long periods in between sentences. Often they will come backwith strange answers to questions. One man asked a MIB, "How do you know what I saw out there?" and he replied, "I comefrom visions."
Often someone won't notice anything strange about the MIB until after they have left when they go".....wait....what the hell was that?"
Something somewhat related is the less common phenomona of the fake social worker. A woman dressed in black acting oddly like the MIB, will come to a families door, claim to be a social worker, saying they need to take away their kids. This usually doesn't work enless that person they are speaking with is stupid because usually if the parent resists they will run away.
