WWE profile:

Big Show shocked the wrestling world at WWE vs. ECW Head to Head when he ripped off his RAW T-shirt to reveal a brand new ECW shirt. After dumping Kurt Angle over the top rope, Randy Orton thought he had won the 20-Man Battle Royal for WWE. But after Big Show revealed his new allegiance to ECW, he chokeslammed the Legend Killer and threw him over the top to give his new brand the huge victory. Before the match even began Big Show said that ECW had no idea what they were going to get in the Battle Royal, and boy was he right.

He's the largest athlete in the world. Reminiscent of Andre the Giant and Big John Studd before him, Big Show is a feared competitor who can intimidate an opponent with his size and stare alone. Big Show’s measurements are astounding: 500 pounds; 7-feet tall; 22 5 E shoe size; 22 1/2 ring size and a 64-inch chest.

Before WWE, Big Show was known as The Giant in WCW, where he twice won the WCW Championship. The Giant had an immediate impact in WCW, focusing his attention on Hulk Hogan and ultimately beating Hogan for the WCW Championship at Halloween Havoc 1995.

The Giant took out another legend for his second WCW Championship reign, defeating the great Ric Flair in April '96. Four months later, The Giant joined one of the most infamous groups in sports-entertainment of all time -- the nWo.

Giant was also part of a pair of WCW Tag Team Championship teams, pairing with Scott Hall and then Sting in the late 90s.

Big Show would become a worldwide star upon his signing with WWE. Show burst onto the scene at St. Valentine's Day Massacre in 1999, literally breaking through the ring during a Steel Cage Match between Mr. McMahon and Stone Cold Steve Austin. The next night on RAW, Big Show declared his allegiance to Mr. McMahon and joined The Corporation.

Nine months later, he won the WWE Championship for the first time, defeating The Rock and Triple H in a Triple Threat Match at Survivor Series. There's been no stopping him ever since, as Big Show has become one of the most dominant athletes to ever appear in a WWE ring. Show also paired with Undertaker to twice capture the World Tag Team Championship in 1999.

In March of 2002, the roster was divided and the first Draft Lottery was held on RAW. Big Show was drafted to the RAW roster by General Manager Ric Flair and terrorized Monday nights for the next seven months.

At No Mercy, a frustrated Big Show threatened new General Manager Eric Bischoff that he would break his head if he wasn't given a Championship match in the near future. The next night, Big Show was traded to SmackDown, where it took all of one night before he challenged Brock Lesnar for his WWE Championship. At Survivor Series, Big Show celebrated the three year anniversary of his first WWE Championship by defeating Lesnar to reclaim the gold, and the top spot in WWE.

Big Show dominated SmackDown until Armageddon '02 where he faced Kurt Angle for the WWE Championship. Albert and Lesnar interfered, with Lesnar hitting the F-5 on Big Show. Angle took advantage and pinned Big Show to win the Championship.

The rivalry between Big Show and Brock Lesnar resumed in 2003 as the two engaged in several memorable matchups on SmackDown and pay-per-view. Big Show and Lesnar fought in a Stretcher Match at Judgment Day that saw a forklift come into play. A month later on SmackDown, Show and Lesnar provided one of the most unforgettable scenes in WWE history. Brock executed an incredible superplex off the top rope on Big Show which caused such an impact that the ring collapsed below them.

Late in 2003, Big Show and the late, great Eddie Guerrero had a memorable rivalry that saw Eddie resort to the trickery which made him so popular with WWE fans. On one episode of SmackDown, Eddie tricked Big Show into eating a batch of "special burritos", which resulted in Big Show spending the night in the bathroom incapacitated. Big Show would have the last laugh as he stole Eddie's United States Championship at No Mercy.

At WrestleMania XX, Big Show and John Cena brought their rivalry to a head as they battled for Show's United States Championship. After several unsuccessful attempts to pin Big Show, Cena used a foriegn object to finish the job and steal Show's Championship.

Big Show's next rivalry was a renewal of one from years before. Kurt Angle became the target of Big Show's wrath and the two faced off for several months on SmackDown. The back and forth rivalry spanned through No Mercy, Survivor Series, and Armageddon with the Superstars exchanging victories along the way.

At No Way Out in 2005, Big Show took his shot at JBL's WWE Championship. In an effort to prevent interference from the Cabinet, Commisioner Theodore Long ordered the match to be a Barbed Wire Steel Cage Match. After a long battle, which saw both Superstars bloodied, Big Show went for the knockout punch. He sent JBL through the ring with a massive Chokeslam off the top rope. Sensing victory, Big Show proceeded to walk out the cage to claim the Championship. When he got outside the cage, a decimated JBL was waiting for him as he had somehow rolled out from under the ring, robbing Big Show of his third WWE Championship.

In June, Big Show was drafted to RAW and soon formed a tag team with the Big Red Monster Kane. The pair of seven-foot monsters quickly rose to the top of the tag division as they defeated Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch for the World Tag Team Championship at Taboo Tuesday. Big Show & Kane were unbeatable through the end of 2005 and successfully defended their Championship at WrestleMania 22 against Carlito & Chris Masters. The next night on RAW, the monsters were outnumbered, though, and were beaten by The Spirit Squad for the World Tag Team Championship.

The duo officially split when Big Show was forced to rescue ring announcer Lilian Garcia from the grasps of a Kane Chokeslam on RAW.

At Backlash, Big Show squared off against former tag team partner Kane. It was the irresistable force vs. the immovable object in an ultimate matchup of power vs. power. But during the match, Kane self-destructed. The Big Red Monster began hearing voices, and he broke down, hitting his head against the turnbuckles. Kane continued to writhe around on the mat, and Big Show leveled him with a chair. A distraught Big Show left the ring, not happy with what he did to his former friend. Kane, however, somehow managed to sit up and smile after the hellacious blow.
