Cage is the wrestler that knocked out former OVW champion Matt Cappotelli and sent him to the hospital. When the doctors ran tests, they discovered Cappotelli had a malignant brain tumor. In his goodbye speech, Cappotelli called Cage "an angel." In what was deemed a "disciplinary move," WWE released Cage over the weekend of March 18, 2006. Although he was released, his name still appears on OVW's superstar page. He debuted in Ring Of Honor on July 29 under the name Chris Banks. |
