Whether he's loved or hated by the fans, Young has always been one of the most entertaining stars in TNA. Born and raised in Georgia, Young was a star in the independent scene before finding stardom with TNA Wrestling. Young eventually teamed up with then-manager Glenn Gilberti and the New York Connection, relying on thuggery to advance his career in TNA. However, the misguided Gilberti mismanaged Young's career, eventually turning his back on his protégé. Young got his revenge in the months that followed, finally beating Gilberti to end their tumultuous alliance. Today, Young is re-energized and refocused on his career as a member of "The Diamonds In The Rough" with Simon Diamond and Primetime Elix Skipper. He is poised to continue his climb up the ladder of contention in TNA, and can dominate equally in the X Division, tag team ranks or among the heavyweights to accomplish that mission. |
