TNA profile:

“Wildcat” Chris Harris and “Cowboy” James Storm comprise America’s Most Wanted, considered by many to be the most dominant tag team in wrestling. Their finisher, “The Death Sentence” (a top rope leg drop) has earned them multiple wins – and championships – in TNA Wrestling. Since TNA’s inception in 2002, AMW have claimed numerous NWA World Tag Team Championships. Their in-ring wars against the likes of Triple X, The Naturals and other have been nothing short of TNA epics.

After a long and bloody war with Triple X in 2003, AMW made history when they faced their foes in TNA’s first-ever Steel Cage Match. AMW would again make history in July 2004, competing against The Naturals in TNA’s first-ever Six Sides of Steel cage match. Throughout that summer, AMW and The Naturals battled over the title in matches many consider to be TNA epics.

AMW and Triple X would clash for a final time in December 2004 at the Turning Point Pay-Per-View, this time inside the Six Sides of Steel. Just as bloody and barbaric as their first cage battle, AMW again walked out the victors – forcing Triple X to forever disband as part of the match stipulation.

In a shocking turn of events in September, longtime favorites America’s Most Wanted turned their back on the TNA fans and joined Jeff Jarrett, helping him regain the NWA World Heavyweight Title. The newfound alliance between Jarrett and AMW looks to be a major empire in the new era of TNA Wrestling.
