The only question is not if, but when, Roode will become a member of TNA’s elite. A member of TNA since 2004, Roode was introduced as part of the elite Team Canada unit during the World X Cup events. Alongside Petey Williams, Eric Young and A1, Roode helped the group dominate the TNA ranks until they disbanded in July 2006. Roode has already established himself as a threat to the top tier of TNA Wrestling. In feuds with Lance Hoyt and Rhino, the Canadian star has proved he is a dominating force inside the ring. Roode is also a former two-time NWA World Tag Team Champion, but many feel his true calling is an eventual run at the NWA World Heavyweight Title. With a devastating Northern Lariat finishing move, “The Canadian Enforcer” has left nearly all his opponents laying face down, out cold, on the canvas. |
