He was given a second chance at the big time in TNA, performing under the moniker of Malice. Tuite wrestled for AJPW as Gigantes, as a regular performer for the remainder of 2003. In his final match on December 5, Tuite teamed with Bull Buchanan and Justin Credible to defeat Nobutaka Araya, Tomoaki Honma and Kazushi Miyamoto in Tokyo. Jerry Tuite died on December 5, 2003, at the age of 36. He was found dead in his hotel by wrestlers Nosawa and La Parka.
