I'm approaching v1.0!

What's been done recently:
* Terrain created as object via memblocks- faster than matrix
* Terrain is curved - so view distance limited by horizon
* Updated joypad controls - now uses dual thumbsticks, and uses analog. (digital) Keyboard control still supported.
* Blendmapping used for some special effects
* multiple explosion ship destruction - looks prettier

What still needs to be done:
* Make some more models
* Finish level editor
* Design some levels

Still tonnes i could do, but will save for v1.x

The Work In Progress (W.I.P) thread is still located
here. There is a quite recent demo towards the end.
