Sammy is a 6'2" muscular man that has brown hair and tends to be unshaven. It gives him a real grizzled look. His eyes are cybereyes but they are silver in appearance and have a glossy look to them because of the protective covering on them. He's pretty intimidating with his cyberarm and his retractable spurs. He likes to involve himself in combat and really doesn't think twice about shedding another's blood. He rides a Harley and wears a red bandana around his head in a do-rag style.
A standard family man, he had a wife and a daughter. He had landed a stable job as an FBI agent and was one of their top men until one day... Sammy uncovered something that horrendous that the government was hiding. The bureau had devised a plan to make a considerable amount of money off the deaths of their own citizens. In shock and in awe, he went to his commanding officer for an explanation. He knew little and wanted the details, so Sammy told the chief the whole story.
Unfortunately this was the wrong move because it seemed that the head of the FBI had had a part in this too, and they wanted to keep it a secret. Now that Sammy knew, they were going to have to kill him.
With luck on his side he managed to escape the building and started running home because he feared for his family's lives. The FBI, however, was on his tail shooting at him every chance they could get. In a rage of pain one of their bullets grazed his right shoulder. In agony, he managed to pick himself up and proceed home only to find that he was too late. His wife and daughter had both been slain. Replacing his useless right arm with a robotic arm, and enhancing his body even further he has now become a weapon of destruction. From that moment on he vowed to get back at the bureau for what they did to his life.
