(On an aside. I almost had to delay this review because there was a Flinstones/Bewitched Crossover Special on.)

The match starts after a commercial for Falcon Driver, the 75,000 piece screwdriver that just happens to sound like the name of a sweet wrestling move.

SUWA starts off by shooting for the leg, badly. He also misses, badly. Kid tries to capitalize with a dropkick, but also comes up short. SUWA whips him into the ropes, misses a lariat, but throws Kid about 40 or 50 feet in the air. Kid lands in a bodyscissors, pushes up and nails an armdrag on SUWA who rolls to the floor. About a minute into the match and already Kid does the Tiger Mask fakeout in the ropes, and hits a QUEBRADA to the outside. Kid quickly rolls back in the ring while SUWA grabs a 2 x 4 and chucks it at one of Ultimo's students. SUWA gets back in the ring, and both exchange punches and forearms to the back. SUWA attempts a snapmare, but Kid decides it's about that time and trips on himself. SUWA finally gets him over and applies a rear chinlock. In one of my favorite SUWA spots, he lays down in the chinlock and lets Taru pull his feet for leverage. They both get back up and SUWA grabs himself an armwringer, but Kid flips out and hits a nice armdrag. SUWA sends Kid into the ropes and they both collide, but neither man falls. Kid back into the ropes, a WEAK clothesline and attempts a quebrada. He gets caught in the tombstone position, SUWA tosses him up, but ends up on the wrong end of a headscissors and takes a Guerrero Flip into the ropes. This is not the last time we'll see that bump in this match.

Kid, in my LEAST favorite spot in all of Toryumon, jumps oddly onto SUWA's shoulders, attempting what? I have no idea. SUWA spins him off, but he spins completely around and catches SUWA with another headscissors and your second Guerrero bump of the night. Kid tries to shoot SUWA into the ropes, but it's reversed and Judo gets off a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker on Kid. SUWA places Kid in the corner and starts chopping the hell out of him, to the audiences delight, then hits a scoop slam. SUWA goes to the outside and nails his swan slingshot elbow from the outside in for a two-count. He pulls Kid into the middle of the ring and catapults him throat-first over the second rope. Taru grabs his head, and SUWA bounces off the ropes and jumps on Kid's back for another two count. SUWA crotches Kid on the turnbuck and begins ripping his mask off … FUCK YEAH, CRAZYMAXAH~!!! He gets to the point where you can see Kid's entire face before Kid elbows him off. SUWA hangs kid upside down in the corner and dropkicks him in the face. SUWA attempts a top-rope powerbomb, but gets it reversed into a 'rana. Then goes outside and springboards in for another 'rana, and SUWA manages to get in his third Guerrero bump. At this point I notice that Kid wrestles exactly how Jim Ross announces: "HURRICANRANA, HURRICANRANA, HURRICANRANA." Kid runs and jumps into the body scissors, and rolls him up for a two count. Kid ducks a lariat and uses a schoolboy to get another two-count. Kid jumps knees first onto SUWA's shoulders and spins into a victory roll for two more drops of the ref's hand. Kid to the outside and hits a double-jump moonsault and gets two again.

Kid sends SUWA into the ropes, then misses a back elbow. SUWA off the ropes finally hitting that fucking lariat he's been trying since the beginning of the match. And damn, it was worth the wait because he pasted him good. Kid has a seizure like L.T. going through withdrawal. SUWA helps him to his feet and tosses him back into the ropes, picks him up and drops him straight back with a facebuster for a quick 2 count. I notice that SUWA's selling the leg really well here. I also remember that there was absolutely no legwork done in this match so that motherfucker must be hurting. He must be suffering from Shane Douglas levels of fragileness. Kid is up and jumps on SUWA's shoulders again, but this time get caught with another facebuster for two more seconds. SUWA picks him up and goes for the FUCKING FUCKING FUCKING, but somehow has it reversed into another 'rana. (Fuck you Dragon Kid). Lariat by SUWA gets blocked and Kid hits his own version of the stunner, which has about as much assistance as an Acid Drop.

Dragon gets up top and waits for SUWA to get back to his feet before executing the DragonRana, which gets a two count before Taru yanks on the ref's leg. I always get the feeling that Taru is REALLY lazy. I won't tell him that to his face though. SUWA and Dragon start brawling in the corner and the ref tries to break it up, but ends up taking a fat ass header to the outside. Kid tries to whip SUWA into the ropes, but SUWA blocks and HITS A KICK TO THE BALLS THAT MADE BABY JESUS CRY!!! SUWA grabs Kid in a powerbomb position, and now is where you have to watch it in slow motion. This all happens in mid-air. SUWA attempts a powerbomb, but Kid reverses into 'rana, which SUWA reverses BACK into a powerbomb. You got that? It was like a 360 degree powerbomb! And that move is good enough for the three count, and your winner in about 15 minutes is SUWA. Holy Christ that move was sick. Overall the match was pretty good. Probably around ***1/2 stars or so. Maybe ***3/4 because of the ending.
