Introduction | ||||||||||||
I decided to pick "Nature" as my theme due to many reasons. First of all, nature is everywhere, we are a part of nature and I thought I'd find the many many kinds of nature in poetry. Luckilly, I was able to find a few of the many, which leads to my four poems. Two of my poems are animal-related, this is because animels are a huge part of nature. In addition, I also really love animals and can never get enough of them. Since they are all special in their own ways. Therefore, I decided to do " Butterfly" just because it shows how a small insect can have so much freedom. Whereas, "The Owl and the Pussy-Cat" is a poem that shows how all animals can interact with one another just like people. My third poem "The Star" is a space related topic but it is still a part of nature, so I thought it'd be interesting doing all sorts of nature including those in the sky and above. "The Star" is a beautiful poem that expresses the nature of stars and how important they are to us. Without them, the stars, all of us, people would be walking around the streets in the dark. Then finally, my last poem is the scenery related part of nature. "Wind From a Waterfall" a very descriptive poem that expresses the beauty of waterfalls. Landscape is yet another part of nature that surrounds us all. In the end, because nature is such a big part of our life and the fact that I could only choose four poems, this is what I concluded with, hopefully you'll enjoy the rest of my site!! |
