This website is dedicated to all SURVIVORS, specially PERSONS WITH DISABILITY in particular those with Neural Tube Defect (Spina Bifida, Spina Bifida Occulta, Meningocele, Myelomeningocele, Hydrocephalus etc.). Being a SURVIVOR myself, it is painful for me to see children being born with congenital defects. I do not know if this website could make a difference. All I know is that, perhaps in my own little way I could give inspiration to those who are suffering, or perhaps this site could be an avenue to share invaluable experiences of families and friends, but most of all I feel there is a need to raise awarenesss about this congenital defect particularly in Third World Countries like the Philippines.   ~ Emerito Abad Embuscado, Manila, Philippines ~
