The two tribes decided to merge under a tree for shade, right by the challenge area. Katie noted, "everyone is now trying to get used to each other, trying to figure out which way to go and who to trust right now."

Susie, Bailey, and Chris plot.

Bailey all ready had started to make her plan. She said, "right now we've got me, Craig, Chris, and Susie coming in from Crakatoa. From the beginning, I was in a final four pact with Craig, Susie, and Jen. Chris thinks he's coming to the final four with us, but he doesn't know about Jen." Criag added in, "why don't we get rid of Renee's lackeys first. If Renee wins, she doesn't get the money anyway, right?" Jen, in a confessional, also let some of her intentions be known. "Susie thought I was out to get her this whole time, but really I'm pulling for my little sister and I'm totally on her side."

Kyle, Jen, Renee, and Mike talk..

Jen and Renee are scared.

Chris, who had been left out of knowing about Jen, stated that Jen was the biggest threat in the game. "She seems like the girl next door to try to get everyone to swing her way. My alliance, I don't think we're gonna let that go."
