| Challenge Two was indeed a gross food challenge - with a twist. There were cold plates of raw chicken with a sautee of flies on top. The survivors looked at Mark and Pepper, disgusted. In this challenge - it was one on one. The two tribes each sent up a person. The first person to gobble a plate of the disgusting feast won a point for their tribe. In the end, thanks to Amber and Mike's appetite for chicken sushi, Pali prevailed, leaving Kamaku in a flurry of rumors. :: KAMAKU CAMP :: Vinny begged Dustin to reconsider his allegiances. Vinny: well... who u guys votin Dustin: i have no idea who i'll vote for as of now Vinny: o Vinny: me tara or tom? Dustin: i will say that i don't plan to vote for you Vinny: thanks Vinny: but this is just my opinion... Dustin: don't take that as a promise, but i'm not planning on you going anywhere anytime soon.... Vinny: by the looks of things, those guys are just controling Vinny: thats just my opinion... thats what it looks like Dustin: which guys? Vinny: u no who im talking about Vinny: the ones u made that pact with Dustin: ah, yeah.... Vinny: it looks like they are just using you for votes... i no u know them more than me but to "us" thats what it looks like Dustin: yeah, well, that could be, but it still works to save me... Dustin: but like i said, i'm going to do everything in my power to make sure you dont' go anywhere ... tom either... Vinny: oh dustin Vinny: your to nice to be with them Vinny: i respect your decision Vinny, Tom, and Tara allied, figured they needed to stick together. The key was Gia. Vinny had a plan to divide the Kamaku alliance. He figured he'd use Dustin's trademark 8) smiley to his advantage. The three would vote for Cindi, but Cindi would put a "8(" after his vote for Cindi, hoping Cindi would think Dustin voted for her. Gia promised Dustin, Cindi, and Charlie she'd vote with them...or will she? Gia: Charlie... Gia: Everyone Gia: Please listen to me Gia: We're five strong Gia: No matter what. Gia: I swear I will vote for Tara tommorow Tom and Cindi talked about their friendship in the game. Tom: have I mentioned how charming you are? Cindi: no but thank you........ Tom: just out of curiousity, anybody in your alliance you're not thrilled with? Tom: I like you, so I'm gonna tell ya that dustin looks like he could be in trouble. I'd like you not to have to be in trouble if we gain a numerical advantage Cindi: thanks tom Cindi: i like you too..... Tom: :-D Cindi: but gia is the one i don't really care for in the alliance Tom: k Cindi: it would be cool if you would replace her :: KAMAKU CAMERA CONFESSIONALS :: Gia talked to the camera about strategy. I just feel as if this game has molded itself into a bloody war, and I’m way too nice for this game. I wish I can sacrifice myself for some of these people to stop the argument and the disagreement but I can’t because I’m doing this game for my sake to prove to myself that I can do this and I can win. There are a lot of things that can happen and I really don’t know what to do. Should I go back to the final five alliance and ride it out to the finals? Or should I go with the younger people and vote with them? Are the final five alliance really pissed off at me and just using me for the number and then vote me off in the next tribal council when they have the majority? Will the final five alliance carry me to the final five and dump me off? If I go with Tara, Tom, and Vinny will they take me to the final four? Can I win against these people? All these questions are running through my head and honestly, I can’t tell you one straightforward answer. This is a game – and right now – I’m strategizing and playing my best move. My next vote in council would have to go to one of the three following suspects: Cindi, Tara, and Tom. Cindi – is the least active person on the tribe. Tara – is the loudest and most abrasive member on the tribe and she confronted me that she wanted to vote me off. I don’t trust her – yet. Tom – he betrayed me by enclosing my name to the leak of the final five alliance. He aligned with Tara and threw me to the curb. All I know is there’s only one person you can TRULY trust – and that is yourself. I will follow my heart and remain dead sexy. Tara pondered TC 2. i think it will be a very interesting tc but noone can say yet...everythings still up in the air Tom talked about his devilish strategy. I think that there will be many more arguments as the game goes on, hopefully I can cause other people to have them so it can keep me around longer. Charlie reflected on the events in the game. I sure hope that our alliance holds out. I really didn't want to get in one at this point in the game. I wanted to wait until the last possible minute. Since it happened so quickly, I really don't want everyone to view me as the mean backstabbing alliance guy. That is not who I am. :: PALI CAMERA CONFESSIONALS :: Mike gave his deep intellectual thoughts on the tribe's attitude. Well on the outside, I'll continue this happy-go-luckyness. It seems to fit with the tribe, and that's the main thing right now. If we lose, I'll be hella pissed, obviously. But it's best not to show that... yet. Mike was then asked about who was responsible for the IC 1 loss. Who cares? Both of them goofed. We lost the challenge. Idiots. Amber gave a slightly different explanation... Kim claims she never got the email, and Heather claims she sent it. Who is responsible? There really is not 1 person in our tribe, there is 8 and we lose and win as a tribe. In this challenge, we just couldnt pull through and that a bummer. There was probably a form of mis-communication between Heather and Kim and thats what happened. Kathee was asked about Pali trust. I don't know if trust is the word. I get along so far and like Mike, Tim, Heather. I don't know about Amber...she seems nice, but she might have bought Kim's story about the lost challenge. might be gullible and not good to have around after the merge. With all that said, it was time to hike to tribal council 2. Kamaku gingerly gathered their torches and hiked up the scenic path. :: Day 6 :: |
