I am actually a "WE". We go by the name BlairTeam because we are living and thriving with Multiple Personality Disorder or what is now called Dissociative Idenity Disorder.  Although we do not feel that we are "disordered" in any way, rather we are differently ordered. 

        We are of different races, different genders, different ages but all work really hard to live our lives as a Team.  We grew up hearing "majority rules" so making major life decisions isn't really that hard.  We are in communication with most or all Team-members and always, "majority rules".  If there are Team members who do not "vote", they lose their right to complain. Much like our government.
