Hello America! I'm the host for
Big Brother: Las Vegas, Josh. After an
amazing first season in Big Brother: San Francisco,
I'm looking forward to doing this season two very
much! The game I run is fast, fun, and REAL. You may
think an online game is stupid - but they're
emotional, challenging, and extremely fun. And I know
I can bring that all to the cast, as well as the
public with this second installment of Melinda and my
Big Brother series.
Now for a little about me--I'll just give the basics.
I'm 16 years of age, an 11th grade student in
Smithtown, New York. I am
dedicated to whatever I put my mind to, and I love my
Big Brother work so I know we can make BB2: LV just
as successful as the first season! Let the good times
roll!

Out of the many
many hosts out there, to win the award for "Best
Host" is quite a honor and a shock at the same
time. I think all hosts can agree that we are here to
help others have fun, and to be part of that. But
most hosts put in a lot of care and effort into the
games they run, and their are some great hosts out
there. To be dubbed Best Host for the Summer 2002
season is a great reminder that what you do is
appreciated. I dont look at myself as better than
anybody else, just somebody loving the fun im having
with the games I run. With that perspective, every
host is a winner! But no doubt about it, the award is
something that makes me feel like the hard work is
worth it. Without the players however, none of this
would be possible. So a big thanks to all of the
online players and hosts. Especially the eGame Staff
down at eGame Central!
The Big Brother series created by myself and Melinda
was an effort to help the struggling Big Brother
category out, and primarily to have a lot of fun
working together to help others enjoy themselves.
Both seasons, BB: San Francisco and BB: Las Vegas,
have gotten a lot of recognition and ive been able to
help 24 people, not to mention the two hosts..have
fun here with the games. There are many ups and downs
to hosting but what overcompensates for it all is the
joy that is brought to all players and even viewers
involved. Although hosts at times may feel
unappreciated, the main thing to always remember is
that youre here to have fun. Being in the "Best
Host" category with Dan Baker is another thing I
consider to be an honor. Not only was my first game I
played in a game he hosted, but he has become my good
friend. I learned pretty much all I know about
hosting from him, but threw in my own ideas of
course! He was the first to give me a shot, and no
matter what I always consider him to be the best host
on the internet. Following in those footsteps is an
immense accomplishment and I wont soon forget it. A
big thank you to the eGame Staff once again, Dan
Baker, and of course my co-host Melinda. Without Mel,
whom I met in Survivor: Madagascar, none of this
would be possible. Were a team, and id love to share
this award with her!
