My website has benefitted me to have an outlet for the feelings that I have had and have. It has also been very rewarding to see the wonderful comments from people literally all over the world. A majority of the visitors, are people I have never met. I can only go by the positive feedback that I receive on how it may have brightened their day or helped them along in some way along the roads of their life

It is my hope and intentions that you will find my pages a nice place to visit when you need to step back, breathe deep and simply be. I have been one-line for nearly 7 years now and learned how to make web pages in October of 2000. I have a daily mailing called "Your Daily Dose". It has grown from 42 members to 409 as of February of 2004. Needless to say, I've become a lil' bit addicted! Some of my pages may grow to be graphic intense, so please be patient, especially for those of you who have an older computer and are on a dial up.
