Who we are: We are a community-based non-profit organization that serves children,
youth and their families who are striving to overcome societal barriers  that lead to violence,   in order to improve their quality of life.

What we do: We offer educational workshops, tutoring, counseling, career guidance,
skills-training and resource information to youth and their families in Los Angeles,
California and El Salvador, Central America.  Our focus is prevention and reduction of
intra-family violence.

How do we do all this: We are a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.  Your contribution is
tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.  This means that our work relies on the
generous support of the community.  Please feel free to donate through a secure online
giving service like or to our mailing address above.  The majority of our
work is carried out by volunteers.  If you are interested in volunteering with
Sin Fronteras, please contact us.  We thank you in advance for your support.

Mission: Enable youth to overcome psycho-social barriers and to access support services, such as career counseling, conflict resolution training, and organizing for social justice. These services are tailored to help each youth to achieve their personal goals, develop skills and supports leading to their living the most constructive and satisfying lives possible.  These accomplishments increase the ability of youth to achieve independence, reduce homelessness, incarceration, and break the cycle of violence.

Our  vision: A world without barriers.

Our motto: "Each mind is a world.  Imagine yours without frontiers."
