Easter Candy Sale
Easter candy sale of Kathryn Beich Candy during two weeks in late January and early February. One chairperson is needed plus a few volunteers to assist in distribution of orders.

Cookie Dough Sale
The cookie dough sale runs for two weeks in April. Dough is to be picked up in the kitchen in early June. Chairperson:Jen Iannotti
May
St. Clement's Horse Show
The show itself is generally held the first two weeks each May. Workers are needed for the last two weeks in April and during the show itself. Volunteers are needed to clean up and set up the grounds, work in the kitchen, grill, ground, parking and stabling areas, run cash registers, etc. This is a small 14 hour/day business for the duration of the show. In addition, there is a tremendous amount of set-up and organization work prior to the show. Due to the amount of money the horse show contributes to the school, a commitment of a minimum of 8 hours over the course of the 4 week period is needed from each family.

St. Clement's Golf Tournament
This fundraiser is held in early June. Multiple chairpersons are needed along with many volunteers the day of the tournament. For more information about the golf tournament you can visit the school website golf tournament page.

NYRA Open House at the Saratoga Track
Held on a Sunday during July ~ St. Clements runs a food booth at this annual Open House held by the track. This generally takes place approximately one week before the track opens for the season. Volunteers are needed to cook and serve. Chairpersons: PTO Officers

Bingo
Bingo is held every Tuesday evening and every second Saturday of each month. Crews work the following activities: sell cards, call numbers, count money, run the kitchen, etc... Start time is approximately 6:00 pm with clean up generally completed by 10:00-10:30 pm. Click here for this years bingo work schedule and teams.
