| . My research interest is mainly in Sediemntolgy, Environmental Geochemistry . Currently I am working in the sedimentological characteritics of Proterozoic Vindhyan shales, its geochemistry, factors responssible for its various types, provenance and depositional setting, source rock evaluation for hydrocarbons . Sorption behaviour of these shales to heavy metals and organic pollutants is being evaluated for using the knowledge in the hazardous waste management purposes |
