I wonder what his mind's eye peeks
I picture him all snug and warm
With holey socks his walking has worn
I wonder what he may think
If I was to wish for a kindred link
I can't help but smile as I picture his face
And hope kind angels will protect his place
So when he awakes at the crack of dawn
And looks dishevelled and forlorn
I hope he remembers my offer of friendship to last
And that my thoughts were with him the whole night past

Sitting in her big ole home
But around the corner comes a little peek
A grin that pushes up those little cheeks
It is lil Miss Z - she's up and about
To giggle and laugh and speak and shout
She gives Heidi so much joy
And is never one to ever annoy
She is the light of Heidi's life
She's smart and cute - a pure delight
She's proof of the love that has fused two hearts
Of Shami & Heids - and is never to part
Heidi's mouth & Shami's eyes and nose
But where did she get those little toes?
Miss Z has Heidi's eyebrows and Nene's ears
And Shami & Heids will always catch her tears
A child so loved because of the love she emits
Filling everyone's lives with joy - bit by bit
A child that gives an insight of what the world could be
It gives such promise and hope - even to someone like me
A little star, an angel in disguise
The awe-inspiring emotion of a new sunrise
An afternoon sea-breeze on a summer's day
Zafirah's presence just fills your life in this way
Life can pass by so quick - or even slow
Depending on how you think - or where you go
Just take a minute to ponder and reflect
And know lil Miss Z has more love to bring yet
