Woo!
I just came home from a long night's worth of shopping and boy am I
beat! Shopping really takes it out of you...
I
bought fuck me boots. Hehe. I have always wanted a pair and today I
found the most perfect looking black knee-highs, they seemed like they
were designed for me. So I ordered them in because they were sold out of
my size (obviously weren't designed just for me then...) and giggled all
the way home. I was too tired to show any more excitement... Now I just
have to find the bravery and confidence to actually wear the boots out
of the house.
I
have been on the weirdest junk food run these past few days! I know what
your thinking... 'Jen, you've always been a junk food addict'... but
seriously, I am turning into such a pig! Eeek. This pecan danish is so
good though, yum!
Things
that superjen consumed today even though she shouldn't have:

Half a packet of nacho flavoured Doritos

Full fat dairy products
I
have NO willpower. I'm getting really impatient waiting for easter to
come around as well... Not that I haven't had my fair share of easter
eggs already.
Finally, the answer to the question
we've all been asking for decades and decades!
Why are Queenslanders so much dumber than
the rest of Australia's population? Why do their skills fall
considerably lower than everyone elses?
Well! We, the supergrrls, have endeavored
to find out the answer to this phenomenon that has plagued society for
much too long! We will not stand for ignorance! We live to serve you! We
have all the answers!*
Superjen: Brrr. I'm cold. I need
a heater.
Supersar: We don't have a
heater...
Superjen: Oh my god!
Supersar: Or an air
conditioner...
Superjen: HOW DO YOU LIVE?!
Supersar: No one in QLD has
one!!
Superjen: Really? But an air
conditioner? You're in QLD for gods sake! You'll melt!
Supersar: We all sweat it out...

I finally get
to meet Sarah in a few days! We've been friends for years and still
haven't had a chance to meet because she's a Queenslander and I'm Normal
and our cultural ties forbid us from socialising. Oh, and we've always
been too busy to go interstate.
I can't wait to
play streetmate with glenny again though. Hehehe. Watch out boy! We're
gonna find you a groovy gal at the airport. Of course, she'll most
probably be taking off for another continent on that same day, but let's
not dwell on the negatives. Airport party, yay!
Ooer. Vic is
leaving on Saturday too. Oh my god. How will I live? Neither Vic nor
Sarah will have internet access! And then Kate is going to Cairns soon
to visit Nick and I'll be ALL alone! Trying times ahead for this little
nerd....
