In the past, Mr. Ice Variety Box have helped nearby schools, sports organizations, youth groups, religious groups and MORE to raise tens of thousands of dollars! Here is how.....

Custom coupons will be prepared with YOUR organization's name along with our address to our store.

We will have the coupons printed at our expense. You may estimate the number that you think your organization will sell. Remember, coupons are on CONSIGNMENT. You only PAY for what you SELL.

After they are printed, they will be numbered and validated by a Mr. Ice Variety Box employee. After our contract is signed, coupons may be distributed to the members of your organization by assigning them a series of numbers. * All Hoagie Fundraiser Coupons expire one year from date of purchase. Mr. Ice Variety Box Fundraiser Coupons cannot be copied, redeemed for cash, and / or the coupons cannot be used for any other purposes for products or services at our store.

Remember, Some Municipality solicitation policies prohibit door-to-door fundraisers without a license.

Your group will have, on an average, THREE weeks to conduct the sale, with money from the sale due to us immediately after the sale ends. Coupons will sell for $5.50 (which is the cost of a REGULAR Italian Hoagie). At the end if the sale, you will pay us $4.50 for each hoagie sold. You will keep your $1.00 profit for each coupon sold.

All unsold coupons MUST be returned to Mr. Ice Variety Box at the time of settlement. You will be financially responsible for any /all coupons not returned to us. It as easy as that!

Remember: This is a QUICK and SIMPLE way to make money for your group!

The IMPORTANT fact is that the AVERAGE sale per participant is AT LEAST TEN COUPONS, with some selling as many as ONE HUNDRED! Remember to thank every customer for supporting this fundraiser.

WHEN THE Fundraiser 12” HOAGIE COUPONS ARE REDEEMED AT OUR STORE .....

In order for Mr. Ice Variety Box to continue this offer to the community fundraiser, we must establish certain guidelines for redemption.

· Fundraiser 12” hoagie coupons may only be presented at Mr. Ice Variety Box.

· Each coupon may be used for the purchase of one REGULAR 12 “ hoagie / sandwich ONLY.

· Upgrades may be made on REGULAR 12” Hoagie / sandwiches menu. [Roast Beef @ $6.00]

· Coupons cannot be copied, redeemed for cash, used for any other products or services.

· The consumer is solely responsible for their lost, misplaced, or a stolen coupon(s) once the coupon is purchased and the coupon is received from the fundraiser seller. No refunds.

· If the 12” hoagie / sandwich purchased is LESS than the $5.50 value of the coupon, NO Cash REFUNDS will be made for the difference.

It is important that you know that our customers will receive the same quality sandwich that he or she would receive as a regular cash customer. We know that a satisfied customer will come back!

Purchase a 6 foot party hoagies at the regular price $49.95 for a fundraiser. We will deduct AT LEAST $5.00 off per party hoagie. We can then pre-cut the hoagie into 36+ pieces for your Party to resell at carnivals, tournaments or other events at $2.00 per Piece. You will make almost 100% profit.'

We can increase your profits for more savings according to the volume ordered for an even LARGER profit margin. It's a welcome alternative to the hot dog and nacho mess often seen at these events. All YOU need to do is SELL them! Mr. Ice Variety Box now offers a snow cone coupon fundraiser.
