Life’s
Journey (Clubs, Articles, Websites, etc.)
Dialogues
I had on the Journey
Neuro
Science/Psychology/Qi/Quantum Physics.
Moment of Reflection: Essays, Poems, Pictures, Paintings, etc.
Share thoughts, experiences,
dialogues, principles, insights and various information sources related to
work/management, science, religion/spirituality and
our life’s passage for the benefit of all.
-
Thoughts and
principles on elimination of waste and unleashing the potentials of individuals
while meeting the strategy of the organization.
-
Summary of
information related to mini-company idea, lean manufacturing, their books,
videos, etc.
-
Connection to
spirituality, e.g., articles by Daisetz Suzuki
-
It should be noted that the idea of mini-company (and glass wall
management) is also represented in nature, and our spiritual practices as found
in meditation. For example, unleashing
the individual’s potentials has a connection to each cells
of our brain and body to be fully activated and expressing the potential.
-
In the book,
Results from the Heart, this point was briefly touched. Yet, that is what I see critical for us to
manage our work and life and that that is the reason other topics posted below may of benefit for those interested to pursue such
dimension.
-
After all, management
and our brain should address the life/liveliness of organization and people. Why not?
-
Having worked
across the globe for many years as management consultant, I devoted myself to
the inner journey of Zen and meditation especially since 1999. Most files are like footprints of my journey
indicating where I have been, and the sceneries I found so to
speak.
-
As promoted in
management principle, the heartbeat of PDCA(plan-Do-Check-Act)
is practiced for me to learn as I move forward to live my life. The whole site reflects this.
-
Similarly, openness
of my personal journey shared to the public is tied to
the idea of Glass Wall Management so that those with interest may gain benefit. There is a tie-in to Kegon
philosophy of interpenetration.
-
At the same time,
sharing my personal experience in this form helps me to be truthful in living
my life, providing an opportunity to check and balance what I find meaningful
vs. how I live.
-
The section of clubs
(*) include the sites that I visit and leave messages on occasion.
-
Also posted are
reference sites and various articles on the topic of spirituality that I felt
noteworthy.
-
Although there
are many subjects on spirituality/Zen, etc., I believe that if we are to pursue
the truth, all roads should merge into one.
Languages, way of expression, and our background may be different, yet,
if we have an eye of wisdom, we should see through the hurdles.
-
Ultimate and
never-ending goal of life may be tied to bring out the
wisdom and compassion by utilizing what we have for the benefit of all
(although individual’s skill set and environment and approaches to practice may
vary).
-
There are people
I met on the net and elsewhere, who helped to clarify
the path for me and/or to exchange ideas.
The ideas shared from the message board are posted
here.
-
I appreciate the
patience and willingness of those who could share ideas in various topics.
-
It may appear
that there is a gap between science and religion/spirituality. Yet, there are various researches made
related to this point. Here are few files
I gathered.
-
Especially
interested for me was the mechanism of inspiration/creativity that I shared
with late Mr. Nakayama over 15 years’ acquaintance with him. (See for example, Human Brain Computer)
-
Here are some
expressions of our intuition and creativity, including few of my friends.’
-
Poems, essays,
pictures, paintings, etc. are shared here.
-
A few files of my
son are posted as well, hoping to record his
creativity in action.
-
This is a column
to share the brief reflection of my life every three to five months.
-
This may be compared to an annual report of a mini-company in a
loose form, applied to an individual’s life in general.
