GOAL |

I am currently in the Multiple Subject Credential Program at CSU Northridge. My goal is to be a fourth grade teacher in the Fall of 2007. I feel fortunate to have had such motivating and inspiring teachers throughout my life and it is time for me to give back and touch lives the way that my life has been touched. |

After graduating from Cal Poly State University, SLO with a business degree, I worked for a market research consulting firm and specialized in the wine industry. While I loved my clients and working with wine, I began to realize that I needed to focus on my passions of teaching and working with children. I grew up outside of San Francisco, teaching children how to ride horses and working as a summer camp counselor. I loved both of these jobs and was passionate about teaching children and being a role model for each child that I worked with. That is what brought me to the multiple subject credential program at CSUN. My goal is to be a fourth grade teacher in the fall of 2007. |
