       Equaled Love
Years ago I feared my soul was strangled.
I tasted life alone for the first time.
But, in that year two hearts met entangled.
And, I felt love finally was mine.
Relationships promised as worlds collide.
No longer do I wait to hear my cries.
As the fury of my love subsides,
Gentle days fill perfect nights. Summer sighs.
Waiting for the one I already hold.
Hopeless hopes are high as I cry in vain.
Endless tales of  broken hearts I have told,
Smiling to seek the pleasure of my pain.
If lonely hearts agreed is our love true
To equal the love that I love for you.
