BOAT TOUR ALONG THE HUANG PO RIVER   01  June 15, 2002 As part of the reception package offered by the company and the Shanghai government, we were taken for a boat tour of the Shanghai City on Wednesday June 12. During the tour, the scenes along the banks of the Huang Po river reminded me of the Pasig River in Manila.
