The Beginning

When I was ten years old, I found some satin dresses in boxes under a bed. The skirts had many layers of chiffon type of materials. Out of curiosity, I wore them.  The feeling of the materials on the bare skin was fabulous.   Thereafter, I wore them when the mood sets in.  At the age of sixteen, I bought my first dress.  It was an orange-coloured 'cheongsam'  made of stretchable knit material.  I rushed home to put it on.  It was exhilarating after seeing myself in the mirror.  This was the beginning of my journey to full cross-dressing.

Growing Up

I started working two years later.  As the days went by, my collection of feminine clothes  increased gradually.   Next, cosmetics was acquired  by scouring the advertisements in the newspapers.  The art of makeup was improved by reading magazines and watching television fashion programmes.  A pair of shoes and a wig were finally purchased.  I was ready to go out en femme.  The first outing was in the afternoon by myself wearing a long sleeve dress with knee length skirt.  It was an exciting experience as people walked past.  The feeling of being read was uppermost in my mind.  However, I managed to pass and went home after walking for an hour in 3" heels.  Thereafter, I had gone out many times in the mornings and also in the evenings when there were less people around.

The Internet

For the past few years, I have been surfing the homepages of CDs and found that CDing is a normal pastime just like any other hobby.   All the stories and photos were so encouraging that it is alright to x-dress and one does not have to feel guilty conscious.  It does not mean that oneself is a freak, a sissy or mentally insane as perceived in this conservative society.  Moreover, the tips and tricks to pass were very helpful and this builds up the confidence to face the world.  Thus the courage to produce this homepage.

Reflections

Could I ever be normal?  I have this 'queer' hobby.  I will just have to find a community to live in that will accept my living in dresses.  I do not know whose fault that is.  It is probably mine, because I just love feeling like a woman more than anything else in the world.   The experience is heavenly.
