| this is Jon on his 1983 Honda XR80...yea I m the mean mom who wouldn't let him get a brand new bike his first year of racing....but guess what? LOL.....he gets one when I see he truly loves the sport. |

| Let me begin by telling you a little about Jon. He is 12 years old and LIVES fer racing!! His dad started him out on a dirtbike when he was 4 yrs old. Ummmm no I didn't object, because hub taught him. He started racing this last September. Motorcross. They were both mad at me because I would not let them go out and buy a brand new racing bike his first year in. But they understood my reasons. Well Jon loves this sport, so I give my full blessing and smaller savings account LOL fer the new bike :o) . We decided to share his adventures with all of u. The thrill of seeing your child grow and mature and to see him loving life as much as I do. Gosh if u could see the smile on my face. I wanted to share with you something else too. Jon is dyslexic. Because of this, he learns differently then a lot of people. It does not mean he isn't learning, he just had to adapt to his way of learning. This is his first year without special tutoring at school, and he pulled a C average. To most, you are probably saying "big whoopie", but if you have a child with ANY learning disability....then you understand this accomplishment :o) . |

| Jump ahead....his 4th season....lst time on new Suzuki 2003 RM 85, YES I broke down and he got it beginning of his 4th season (oh mah gosh the price!!). Well 4th to last race of Season he finally place (umm braggin mom now...Sept. 28, 2003 ....FIRST LOL)....see picture below, and TODAY (Oct 19, 2003 he did it again.....another first) He never gave up with the first 3 seasons on the old bikes, and will show his other suzuki, yes an old one like his Honda. GOOOOOOO JON!!!!! He is 14 yrs old below. My oh my what a few years can do ~smiles~ |

| Jon Oct 19 2003 racing, I don't go to many of his races, and today his two friends, and his sister wanted to go, so I brought them and it truly is hard for me to watch him race, even when he is in first place. Those Jumps are TOO HIGH, they drive TOO fast and MOM gets all NERVOUS....he kept hugging me today, I am truly blessed with two of the best kids in the world. |

| when he won this, the announcer said....his name, then said this is Jon's first trophy, not bad for a kid who for the first 3 seasons he had the oldest bike on the track, his first trophy is a 1st PLACE!!! |
