Oh yes, motorcycles. For the last couple years these things have been taking up some serious amounts of my time. My first motorcycle was a 1983 Yamaha Maxim 750. It was big, extremely cold blooded but super comfortable. In retrospect I should have held onto it and put a jet kit into it to help it warm up quicker. I sold it in 2002 for $800. |

In March of 2002 I picked up a 2001 Suzuki SV650S. This is, without a doubt, the best bike I could have purchased. Full of fun, lightweight, sounds great when unplugged. This is the bike that got me into track riding and racing. I dove full force into modifiying the snot out of this bike. The list below is the approximate order that I did the mods in. |

Race Tech .85 springs and new oil. Ed Kwaterski did the work. |

Penske 8986 rear shock. If I knew how to really use this thing I'd probably be going a lot faster. Purchased from Ed Kwaterski. |

Scorpion High Mount slip on Exhaust. Purchased this in a group buy on SVrider.com . Common in England but the high mounts normally don't make it to the US. Didn't do much to the power but makes it sound great! |

Full on race prepping. Got rid of the lights, signals, stock clip ons, brakes. The body work came from KGcycles , a smaller manufacturer. Makes it look like an R6 front end. The bodywork held up well through my lowside into turn 3 at Blackhawk Farms. |

Here are some pictures of it before and after. The picture on the left is a bone stock 2001 SV650S file photo. The one on the right is a picture of it recently. I had to repaint the tank due to the lowside put a huge dent in it down to the metal :( I absolutely loved the stock color and bodywork of this bike. |

I also have a "street" bike, a 2002 Triumph Speed Four (named Gumby).I purchased this in August of 2003. |

|
| In August 2004 I purchased a 2002 Honda CR125R motocross bike. It's got gobs of modifications that I can't use. I don't get to go dirt riding too often but it is fun. |
