Only one of the Bulgarian parties, participated in the last elections, owes to the state budget approximately 30 millions lv., "24 hours" daily newspaper journalistic investigation revealed. We do not know exactly how much money other parties owe.

When he was calling them, they told him if there were some callings for him. Petrov’s relatives promised to give the message to him that "24 hours" daily invites him on a meeting. Priest Petrov has participated in Bulgarian association for Fight with Illegal Use of Low Protected Productions – BULACT, as well as in "Kingdom Bulgaria" movement for crowned democracy, verification in Ciela information system shows. His partner in the two mentioned organizations is ex deputy Margarit Mitzev, became famous in the past with his statement that he came to wealth by savings from refreshments. The priest runs also one active firm – "Lira" Ltd. specialized in construction activities. His relatives say that he had not had his own mobile phone. At number 098 680 462 given in Central Electoral Commission for the Local Elections registration documents only an answer machine is responding.

The telephone number given in the legal registration of the Christian-Radical Party is on the name of Rayna Panteva,

ex wife of Totyio and Poly Pantev’s sister. Christian-Radical Party is registered for participation in the last elections under decision #168 of Central Electoral Commission for the Local Elections on September 4. The party did not win any of the mayor’s or coincillier’s mandates and has collected 155 votes in Sofia.

"We exist since May 5, 1990 and we are participating in the elections regularly. We are a rich party and are working more like a charity organization. The pistol is popular because of his charity, and that is why we are supporting him". This is the explanation of Christian-Radical Party leader Totyio Petrov given to the journalists. Petrov personally introduced the registration documents of The pistol, famous with his friendship with Ivo Karamanski - the Godfather of the Bulgarian mafia.

Petrov’s father - Ivan Naidenov – Baiko, claims to be a companion of Ilia Minev and together with him in 1987 had founded Movement for Human’s Rights Protection. He also states that the heaped solid tax amount is a machination produced by the communists, who want to destroy their party. According to Ms. Naidenova it is possible their organization to owe money, but there is no way the debt to count such a cosmic amount.

In 1994 Poli Pantev tells for "Standart" newspaper how four years earlier he had came back from Germany and had a meeting with Totyio Petrov, at this time married to his sister.

The priest asked him for money, in order to create a political organization explaining to him that "when trough the party passes some goods, no taxes, duties, or excises are due to be paid". "He even promised me to join me in the game and to give me a percentage", Pantev confesses.

"When from time to time I had met him I had asked him how is the business, how much money we’ve gained and when he is planning to give me back the money I’ve lent him and he always had said to me: O.K. done – now I am sorting out certain cigarettes, now I am sorting out some sugar, at the moment I am importing petroleum!", Poli adds. But at the end there were no money at all.

On August 26, 1994 a dozen strong guys kidnapped priest Petrov and carried him in Pantev’s office. "There Poli asked for his money", Totyio says. Pantev himself says that he asked him why he beats his sister. Totyio and Pantev’s sister separates later.

Rayna Petrova herself shares in the same publication: "For me Totyio can’t be no priest, because this is holy thing. He is very well known in Third Police Office – he permanently is detained, called for "check ups", for alcohol, beatings, scandals… In his home he stores a real arsenal of guns, pistols, cross-bows, all kinds of knives, and when he met my husband he was bringing one yataghan."

If he does wish to do this, we expect to meet him during the next elections, because we have no doubt he will be admitted again.

- At least three years running tax inspectors are coming here to look for Totyio regarding some financial documents which he regularly presents to them in one folder. But the tax inspectors are coming back again saying – these documents are not enough, give us more detailed information for certain business operations. They are coming back again, and again some folders are presented to them and finally they said: if you ask us we had not seen anything, no documents were presented. Then at the beginning they claimed we owe 17 000 lv., now you are informing me that the debts have reached 28 millions lv.

- We had an educational activity. Printed one – Totyio had issued newspaper for the king, this newspaper took a lot of money. Printed materials, various kinds of them … with educational purpose, you know.

- I suppose that some commercial activity might be. Cause everything from the party activity has to be paid and this already is commerce.

- I’ve already told you, the first figure reported to me was 12 000 lv? After that it turns to millions. I do not know how. If I had these millions, I would not use the urban transport!

- No, at the moment he is dealing only with the party, but before he had a parish, around ten years ago. Now he is planning to renew his activities as a priest. Because, you know the politic is one big jogging?

- Yes, but I know that this could never happen.

- Oh! I do know nothing about that; you know this is Totyio’s work.

- Yes, they were adherents in different coalitions during the time of the elections. They collaborated some years ago, now his name is not so often mentioned.

- What are you talking about? I am working at three places. How could I pay such money?

Already during 1987 here in the next room together with Margarit Mitzev we established the Movement for Human’s Rights Protection. The communist right now noticed us and started to duplicate us. Then Ilia Minev told Trenchev: you have to establish a professional organization. And then told to mine Totko: you have to establish a Christian party. Then the communist all of a sudden felt something and Christofor Sabev came here and said: you have to hidden me because Todor Givkov is looking for me and wants to put me into a prison. You’ve hidden him in 1988 for 40 days in different lodgings, regardless the fact that nobody was looking for him. General Sharabov from KGB straight away had told to our communists: you also have to establish Christian parties, because those persons, the legionaries are establishing Christian parties. So Christofor Sabev registered certain formation called "Svetlina", others created national-radical parties… Nadejda Mihailova, who never entered into a church in his live and never had been baptized, she never had married in a church – she also created a Christian party. And all this just to be destroyed the first Christian party in Bulgaria. Finally they decided to destroy us by overcharged on taxes and so on. Those things are studied ones.

They want to destroy us because we have connections with our Orthodox church in the United States. And probably Totyio will become bishop of the Bulgarian Orthodox church in USA.

Even though with much modest amounts three more parties are included in the list number one of Head Office of Tax Administration.

The most sunk ones is National-Christian Union, who did not paid 7 364 306 lv. According to Ciela information system Asen Hristov is the chairman of the formation.

The Democratic Party in Bulgaria has to pay approximately 1.4 millions lv. its leader is Konstantin Georgiev.

Next in the list is New Conservative Party, its member Ivo Nedialkov called by the media Pharaoh No 1 in Bulgaria. He is accused for misappropriation of over 200 millions old lv.

The party Nedialkov participates, owes to the state "merely" 1 181 911 lv.

By contrast with the priest Totyio’s party those three organizations had not participated in the last elections.
