Their company has registered at Lozenetz Sofia neighborhood, bl. 14-18 at "Lozenska planina" Str.

According to the juridical registration of "Milione" Ltd. the corresponding telephone number of the company is 981 48 58. In fact this is the telephone number of Kotzev’s office, showed "24 hours" daily verification in Ciela information system.

In Kotzev’s office nobody haven’t heard about "Milione" Ltd., newspaper reporter found out. To our question if it possible only Mr. Kotzev to have been aware of the affairs of the company owned by the Croatian, the answer was "There is no way to know this."

To the same telephone number other companies are responding also, in some of them there is also participation of Serbian citizens.

After the car accident the police is stating that the reconstructions on Trakia highway have not been coordinated with them, regardless the fact that this procedure is mandatory.

The affair in question is about Surchinski clan Branislav Lainovich – Dugi, Slobodan Lainovich and some others. They have registered their own company called "Golden boy" Ltd. at 7 Shipka Str, in Sofia. At this time the owner of the property is BODK, but now it is rent by ADIS - BODK’s successor.

"24 hours" daily asked the company if there is information how this Serbian mafia guys have succeeded to lease a diplomatic property. We were directed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, because "according to ADIS archive there are no data about persons or properties preceding the foundation of the company". We were told by "Property Management" department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the following:

By government decree # 266 dated December, 30, 1999 for amendments and addendum of government decree # 221 from 1999 regarding adopting an Organizational statue-book of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and also for transforming and closing down of administration structures under supervision of Minster of Foreign Affairs, BODK (Bureau for Diplomatic Corpus Attendance) is transformed to "Diplomatic Properties in the Country" Executive Agency. This agency is still under supervision of Minister of Foreign Affairs and it is obliged to manage and run the real estate properties, part of fixed tangible assets of the rearranged Bureau for Diplomatic Corpus Attendance.

All questions regarding BODK’s functions concerning the renting of diplomatic properties in Bulgaria were subject of the actual Bulgarian laws and especially of the canceled government decree # 127 from December, 20, 1974 for organizing the attendance of foreign diplomatic and other delegations as well as missions of international organizations represented in Bulgaria and Decree for managing some issues regarding renting relations between Bureau for Diplomatic Corpus Attendance and private persons.

According to government decree # 252 dated November, 05, 2001 the "Diplomatic Properties in the Country" Executive Agency is closed down and on the authority of article 3, paragraph 2 of government degree "ADIS" sole Ltd. is formed. Ministry of Foreign Affairs is its principal.

Half of the property at 7 "Shipka" Str. participates in the capital of "ADIS" sole Ltd. There are no documents in the archive transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from BODK answering the questions # 3, 5 and 6 how Surchinski’s clan representatives have managed to register a company at that address.

Bulgaria, Macedonia and Bosnia have been always considered by the Serbian mafia guys as their territories, claim informed people.

After Zoran Djindjich’s assassination and the attack against the bandits they teem in the countries where can rely on the support of their associates, Serbian special services suppose.

In the mean time a new Bulgarian connection was revealed along with the affair of 5 tones cocaine detained in Bolivia mixed with a potato mash. It was found that part of the drugs was planed to be processed in Bulgaria. The consignee of the potato mash has been "Paldin Company" owned by Petar Marvakov.

He was arrested together with other Bulgarian citizens, among which Zoran Boyadjiski – Macedonian suspected to be connected with the Zemun clan.

Zoran Boyadjiski – the Macedonian arrested in Plovdiv was traced by the German police since 1997 for drug sale.

He is one of the fourth, arrested over the cocaine affair started in Bolivia. Yesterday Plovdiv’s Court of Appeal confirmed the arrests of Zoran Boyadjiski, Boyan Todorov – the Snail, Goergi Petrov and Petar Mavrakov.

The public prosecutor Marian Petrov displayed in the court a letter sent from the National Service for Fight against Organized Criminality to the National Investigation Service stating that the German authorities are tracing Zoran for possession of cocaine. At that time he was a football player in a secondary division team in Frankfurt. Recently a Macedonian newspaper wrote that he is connected with the Zemun clan.

In the beginning of December his brother Zlatko Boyadjiski, who has Bulgarian citizenship, was found guilty for drug possession and the Court in Blagoevgrad convicted him to a two years probation sentence.

Zlatko has been arrested in Petrich town with 8, 98 gr. heroine and 8 pills of methadone.

The business of Boyadjiski’s brothers

Zoran has a company in Plovdiv "Karin 10" sole Ltd. registered last year. The telephone number indicated in its registration is 032/625391. "24 hours" daily investigation showed that this is one of the telephone numbers of Branimir Ganchev’s office who is a lawyer. When we reached him on his mobile he denied knowing neither the Macedonian nor "Karin 10" company. It could be possible some of his colleagues to have some more information. Nobody has picked up the phone at his office.

Zoran has indicated as his Macedonian address Strumitza town, 2 "Bratstvo edinstvo" Str. Next to him is leaving other Macedonian, owner of a freight company registered in Petrich. Zlatko Boyadjiski has registered a trade company in the same town also.

Where the two houses in Strumitza used to be a big trade center is under construction, but the families of the two brothers have lived for a long time in Germany, "24 hours" daily Macedonian source stated.
