Event Booking
The Committee have put a lot of thought into clarifying the booking process, in an effort to be fair to all members, the following procedure will be strictly adhered to.

Individual members must book in on the correct booking form, signed and accompanied by the full remittance. Booking forms received with incorrect or part entry fees will be returned unprocessed. All bookings must be sent to the Event Secretary or to the person named on the schedule.

The Committee cannot accept any responsibility for lost of delayed entries, howsoever this may have occurred.

Although you may phone to enquire if spaces are available or for further information on an event, bookings will be accepted on receipt of official booking forms and remittance, on a first come, first served basis, you may not reserve spaces.

No member may book any event or enter into any negotiation or dispute on behalf of another member.
Details of members' grievances should be submitted in writing, signed and addressed to the Event Secretary or Chairman, for action by the Committee.

Please inform the Event Secretary immediately you realise you will be unable to fulfil your place on any event, which may then be re-allocated to the next on the waiting list.

Before the official closing date and time for entries, entry fees will be refunded in full, by arrangement between the member concerned and the Event Secretary.

After the entries have closed, entry fees will be refunded if and only if the event has been filled.

Entries are non-transferrable. It is unacceptable  for members who are unable to attend an event to give their place to a friend of their choice (there may be a waiting list in operation). Therefore, members who are not on the Official Steward's list of entries will regrettably have to be turned away.

In the event of the Event Secretary being unable to attend an event in person,  they will appoint an Official Steward to act on their behalf at said event.

Every attempt is made to ensure that the details in the schedule are correct, as of the time of going to print and members are notified of any changes wherever possible. However, the Committed reserve the right to vary, alter cancel and/or change details of classes, order of events and/or prizes as deemed necessary by the Event Secretary or the Official Steward, without prior notification.
