What I Believe:

Please note that what I believe is all based upon the Word of God (The Bible)

· I believe in the literal, 6-day, 24-hours-in-a-day creation of the universe. I believe evolution in all of its forms, whether atheistic or “theistic” are false and damnable heresies which seek to deny the glory of God the Creator and the vicarious atonement of Jesus Christ. (Genesis 1:1)

· I believe in the total depravity of mankind, in the complete unrighteousness of mankind apart from God’s saving grace. (Romans 3:10-12)

· I believe that salvation comes by God’s grace through faith in Christ alone. No works, church, or religion can save. Only Jesus Christ can save. (John 14:6) Works do not lead to salvation, but rather are a sign of regeneration after salvation. (Eph. 2:8-9)

· I believe that the means of salvation is found only through Jesus Christ. There is no other way to come unto the Father than by faith in Christ and repentance unto salvation. (John 14:6)

· I believe that the blood of Christ is fully effectual for the removal of sin, once and for all, and that it is incorruptible. (Hebrews 9:14)

· I believe in the virginal conception and birth of Jesus Christ. (Isaiah 7:14)

· I believe that Jesus Christ suffered, bled and died, was buried, and was bodily resurrected from the dead, ascended into heaven, and is now at the right hand of God, acting as an intercessor and High Priest for us. (John 17:1 to 20:31) also (Mark 16:19 and Romans 8:34)

· I believe that believers should be baptized by immersion so as to follow the example of our Lord. (Mark 1:9-10)

· I believe in the Triune Godhead, consisting of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son and our Savior, and the Holy Spirit our Comforter. I believe that these three are all members of the one Godhead, and together make up the whole person of God. (1 John 5:7)

· I believe in the full deity of Jesus Christ. (John 10:30)

· I believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, that it is inerrant in all its parts and in all matters related to faith, practice, science, geography, history, and all else. (II Peter 1:20-21)

· I believe that God has preserved His Word for us even unto this day. (Matthew 24:35)

· I believe that the authorized King James Version, first published in 1611, is the most correct translation of the Bible. I believe that all modern versions such as the NASV, NIV, NKJV, etc. to be flawed and incorrect translations, based upon Gnostic-corrupted texts, and were developed using incorrect Wescott-Hortian methods of textual criticism.

(Again, the KJV is a translation. God only wrote one Bible, not many! So why do we have so many different versions today? Don’t you want to know that you have the exact, inspired, infallible, and preserved Word of God in your hands? A serious and open-minded study of textual criticism ought to help you understand and know exactly which Bible you should read and have.)

· I believe that believers ought to join with a local church fellowship, not voluntarily choosing to remain outside the fellowship of a congregation of other believers. (Hebrews 10:25)

· I believe that the local church is the only scripturally sound form of ecclesiology. I believe that the two purposes of the church are for the edification of the saints of God and the evangelization of the lost. I believe that denominations, conventions, dioceses, and any other man-made form of association desired to govern the body of Christ are unscriptural. (Acts 2:46)

· I believe in the imminent second coming of Christ, who will gather His believers unto Him before the final judgment of the world. (Matthew 24:31)
