Developed and conducted small grant competition for Department of State alumni in Russia; supervised grant execution by the 25 winners. Operated as a liason between IATP and Alumni working group of the Moscow Embassy. Moderated online community development events. Conducted presentations of the program. Designed and conducted training courses for regional coordinators and for educators in Russia.
