I will never forget Matthew
And nobody ever Should
For all that Mathew Gave us in Life
His heart was Kind and Good

There will always be a Loss for Us
Though we Never knew this young Man Still
Who suffered through such a tragic death and woke so many to Feel

That being different doesn't Matter
It gave no one the Right
To take this Wonderful person from Us
And Burn Out his Shining Light

Matthew made a Difference
For all the World to See
And he will Have a place in All our Hearts
Eternally

Matthew is in Heaven Now
And is Watching From Above
His death has awakened a Nation
Of the Need for Understanding and Love

There will never be a Day I will Ever Forget Matthew
And All this Young Man Gave Us All
Without Knowing How many People Really care Still
And How his memory Will Forever Stand Tall
