As well as staging this massive event the club also holds monthly meetings where members are entertained by guest speakers who cover a wealth of topics connected to the preservation scene.
Over the winter months these meetings are held at the George Inn at Frocester, where members can relax and enjoy the social events in the comfort of this most welcoming of places.
During the Summer, members are treated to monthly excurtions to places of interest, museums and private collections. Most of these trips take place aboard a vintage bus, which is an experience in itself.
The club welcomes new members of any age who need nothing but a love of the preservation movement to join.
As part of your membership, members also recieve a topical monthly newsletter which features not only club news, but that of the local area and beyond.
To date the club has a wide and varied membership. Memebers can be found not only in Gloucestershire, but also the surrounding counties of Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Somerset, Berkshire, Hampshire and Oxfordshire. There are also members from other parts of the UK as well as overseas members from Holland, Canada and New Zeland.
