What A Day
What a day this has been
With everything out of sync
But there you were standing, again
Right beside me with all your strength
The job has become such a hassle
And the house, well, it's no castle
People coming and going, to and fro
Never saying much more then "Hello"
Bills are climbing up the walls
And I'm missing my important calls
The children are sick in bed
And my loved one is mad at me again
The car is making such strange sounds
And the neighbor won't carry me to town
I am so tired I can't even go
Outside to shovel all the snow
I guess, if it wasn't for you
I wouldn't see where I am
Great thanks is owed to you
For showing me what I have
