Henshins/Transformations:
"Moon Prism Power Make-up!" ムーン・プリズム・パワー・メイクアップ (Muun Purizumu Pawaa Meikuappu) Her first henshin. Ribbons surround her and become her body suit, boots, and skirt. In the Manga she gains a mask that she normally discards.
"Moon Crystal Power Make-up!" ムーン・カリスタレ・パワー・メイクアップ(Muun Karisutare Pawaa Meikuappu) This x-form she uses the ginzuishou(silver crystal) that is placed in the Moon Locket/Prism/Brooch. Feathers spin around her arms and feet. The feathers create her boots and her gloves. Ribbons begin to form the body suit and she, then, unfolds her wings and feathers fly everywhere.
Neo Queen Serenity Transformation A tablet spins as Sailor Moon flies from one end of the screen to another, ribbons following her. She flies past the screen again with more ribbons following her. Then she centers herself in the middle of the screen wearing the Neo Queen Serenity outfit. The crown flashes and the camera zooms backwards showing Crystal Tokyo.
"Moon Cosmic Power Make-up!" ムーン・コズミック・パワー・メイクアップ(Muun Kosumikku Pawaa Meikuappu This transformation uses a new locket that is bigger than the first one. The locket opens and she FLICKS the pink crystal. A heart circles around her. The ribbons encircle her and become her gloves and her body part of the fuku. Then she kicks her foot up in the air and ribbons encircle her leg and become her boots. Finally the heart becomes her skirt. A heart appears in the background.
"Crisis Make-up!" クライッス・メイクアップ(Kuraissu Meikuappu) She holds up the holy grail and butterflies swarm from it. The butterflies change Sailor Moon's costume into that of Super Sailor Moon and butterfly wings appear on her.
"Moon Crisis Make-up!" ムーン・クライッス・メイクアップ(Muun Kuraissu Meikuappu) This x-form is done only with ChibiMoon. (Maybe this is why Chibi-usa and Usagi spent so much time together in SM SuperS and the begining of Stars!) Both lockets open and ribbons spin around both of them. When their fuku's are almost totally formed they stand in a possition that makes it look like Chibi-usa is kissing Usagi on the cheek. Finally it ends with both of them standing infront of a rainbow crescent moon. She actually becomes Super Sailor Moon with this transformation.
1st "Moon Eternal Make-up!" ムーン・エターナル・メイクアップ(Muun Etaanaru Meikuappu) Sailor Saturn actually started this transform since she was the first to sacrifice her powers. All the senshi except ChibiMoon sacrifice their powers and they fly into the locket. The locket opens up revealing a crystal and energy comes out of the crystal. Sailor Moon quickly gains her wings and transforms into Eternal Sailor Moon!
2nd "Moon Eternal Make-up!" Her locket hovers infront of the screen and opens up. Then you see Sailor Moon with wings wrapped around her. She unfolds her wings and the body of her fuku appears. Lots of ribbons and feathers fly around her making her boots and her gloves. Then she finishes it off with the trandmark Crescent Moon and she stands as Eternal Sailor Moon.
"Silver Moon Crystal Power Make-up!" シリバー・ムーン・クリスタル・パワー・メイクアップ(Siribuu Muun Kurisutaru Pawaa Meikuappu) Her final Manga transformation. The "legendary Chailice" appears before Sailor Moon and she holds it infront of her as she shouts the phrase. After this she just becomes Eternal Sailor Moon. Not much to it but its still cool! (Manga)
Attacks:"Moon Tiara Action" She takes off her tiara and it becomes a discus of light. She flings the discus at her target and it flies through them.
"Moon Frisbee" Similar as "Moon Tiara Action" (Manga)
"Moon Tiara Stardust" She takes off her tiara and it becomes a discus of light. She flings the discus through her target.
1st "Moon Healing Escalation" ムーン・ヒイリング・エスカレーション(Muun Hiiringu Esukareeshon) Sailor Moon takes out the Moon Stick as it spins in her hand. The lights on the Moon Stick glow as she traces a circle in the air. When she finishes the circle bursts of light heal the youma.
2nd "Moon Healing Escalation" She takes out the Moon Stick and it spins in her hand. Energy flies into the lights in the Moon Stick. She draws a circle in the air and energy from the ginzuishou (silver crystal) heals the youma.
3rd "Moon Healing Escalation" Energy comes from the ginzuishou as she points the Moon Stick at her target. The energy flies from the ginzuishou and "heals" her traget todeath.
"Moon Princess Halation" ムーン・プリンセス・ハレーション (Muun Purinsesu Hareeshon) She holds up the Cutie Moon Rod and spins around. The Moon behind her disappears and she spins around some more. She finishes it by pointing the Cutie Moon Rod at her target and red rays of energy come out of it and a small crescent moon shoots out to finish the youma. As the youma dies it leaves a crescent moon shape.
"Moon Princess Halation" for Multiple Targets She holds the Cutie Moon Rod out in front of her and spins as a yellow beam of energy comes out of it and hits all the targets.
"Moon Crystal Power" ムーン・クリスル・パワー She holds up her locket with the ginzuishou imbedded in it. She waves her hand in front of it as energy gathers from it. The energy releases healing her tragets. (This replaced Moon Healing Escalation)
"Moon Spiral Heart Attack" ムーン・スパイラル・ハート・アタック(Muun Supairaru Haato Atakku) She does a barrage of kicks and spins as she spins the Spiral Moon Rod. She stops and holds the Spiral Moon Rod high in the air and then returns to her kicks and spins. She finally stops when she spins on the ground and holds the Spiral Moon Rod high above her head. Hearts flood from the Spiral Moon Rod and they hit her target. To finish them off a huge heart smashes into the daimon. The daimon always says, "Lovely" after they get smashed by the huge heart.
"Rainbow Moon Heart Ache"レインボー・ムーン・ハートエイク(Reinboo Muun Haatoeiku) Similar to "Moon Spiral Heart Attack." She stops and butterfly wings appear on her. She continues her kicks and spins. Stops the same way as before. She holds the Spiral Moon Rod high above her head and a ball of energy wrapped in a ribbon of hearts comes from the Spiral Moon Rod. When it hits the target is hit by a large heart. The target screams, "Lovely!" as the heart smashes into the target.
"Rainbow Moon Heart Ache" from the SMS Movie The Holy Grail appears in the background and its power flows into the Spiral Moon Rod. She spins and kicks as usual as the Holy Grail becomes the background. Butterfly wings appear on Super Sailor Moon and she releases a banner like chain of hearts that spiral into the ice blast of Snow Kaguya.
"Moon Gorgeous Meditation"ムーン・ゴジャス・メデイション(Muun Gojasu Medeishon) ChibiMoon powers her up with Twinkle Yell and then Sailor Moon starts this attack. The Kaleida Moon Scope appears in her hand as she points it at her target. When she stops moving there is a barrage of colors. The attack hits and it traps the youma in glass.
"Double Moon Gorgeous Meditation" Sailor Moon and ChibiMoon put their Kaleida Moon Scope together. Energy bursts forth from both scopes. (SuperS Moive and Manga)
"Starlight Honemoon Therapy Kiss"スターライト・ハネムーン・セラピ・キッス(Sutaaraito Hanemuun Serapi Kissu) Sailor Moon creates the Moon Tier. The Moon Tier spins in her hand as she moves her hand. Feathers gather around her as she holds the Moon Tier over her head. Light floods from it and hits the Farce. The Farce is compeletely healed from the blast of energy and feathers.
"Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss"シリブー・ムーン・クリスタレ・パワー・キッス(Siribuu Muun Kurisutaru Pawaa Kissu) Sailor Moon creates the Moon Tier again. Feathers spin around her as she spins the Moon Tier. She holds the Moon Tier above her head and an attack of light and feathers smashes into the Farce.
"Moon Twilight Flash" Sailor Moon adjusts her tiara so it reflects the moonlight down on her target. (Manga)
Sonic Scream Sailor Moon begins to scream. Her odangos begin to glow and a blast of energy comes forth creating a powerful scream that shatters everything.
History: Sailor Moon started as the odanga haired girl, Usagi. Luna, the guardian of Sailor Moon, found Usagi and revealed to Usagi that she was a soldier from the Moon Kingdom who was reborn in a human's body. Usagi reluctantly accepted that she was a Sailor Senshi, sworn to fight evil when it arose. Usagi was happy to welcome new members to help her fight when she needed it (which might I add in the beginning it a LOT). After all the Senshi (that were thought to be at that time) were assembled, the it was revealed that Usagi was in fact the Moon Princess and she was ment to wield the powerful ginzuishou. Usagi used the ginzuishou and its power to defeat Beryl/Metallia and defeat the Dark Kingdom, but the power released from the ginzuishou cost her her life. She was then reborn with the other Senshi, including Kamen, without any of her prior memories.
After losing all their memories the Sailor Senshi returned to a normal life. When Ail and Anne come to earth though, Luna is forced to return Usagi's memories to her. When Usagi becomes Sailor Moon again she soon finds out that she can't fight all the cardians alone so Luna returns the other senshi's memories too. Whenever they get into a real jam though a mysterious strange known as Tsukikage no Knight (the Moonlight Knight) appears and throws a white rose at the cardian (and makes a really cheesy speech!). Usagi is extremely reluctant to except her fate as Sailor Moon at this point and actually loses her powers. Queen Selenity appears and gives Usagi the ginzuishou again and places the ginzuishou into the prism. After that Usagi henshins and Queen Selenity throws the Cutie Moon Rod to Usagi.
Usagi uses the Cutie Moon Rod to fight Ail and Ann. She finds out that Ail in his human form is in "love" with her. She fends of Ail's moves and Ann gets very P.O.ed that Ail loves Usagi. Ann attacks Usagi often and tries to get the Makaijuu to destroy Usagi. The Makaijuu starts to drain Usagi and Mamoru when the other senshi appear. The other senshi get blasted around by Ail and Ann, but not before the Makaiju releases Usagi and Mamoru. Usagi henshins and Mamoru wonders what is going on. Usagi tries to fight Ail and Ann, but they are too strong for her. Then suddenly the Makaiju attacks Ann. It "kills" Ann and then tells its story. It then asks Sailor Moon to destroy it so that it can free itself from evil. Sailor Moon destroyes it and the Makaijuu is reborn as a seedling.
After the Makaijuu, the senshi thought they would have a normal life. Then a little girl fell from the sky onto Mamoru and Usagi while they were kissing. She revealed that her name was also Tsukino Usagi, but Mamoru thought that would get confusing so he gave her the nickname, Chibi-usa. She managed to weasel her way into the Tsukino house hold using her magic hypno-umbrella and her Luna-P. Usagi and Chibi-usa were constantly at odds, but they felt a strange kinship. Eventually Chibi-usa found out that Usagi was Sailor Moon and Chibi-usa revealed that all she wanted was the ginzuishou. Usagi was scared that Chibi-usa might be an agent of darkness and refused to give her the ginzuishou. Chibi-usa did everything in her power to try to steal the ginzuishou from Usagi. One time she actually gets it, but Usagi manages to regain controll of it so that she can henshin.After Usagi henshins, she riskes her life to protect Chibi-usa.
Chibi-usa feels sorry for what she did and gives Usagi her trust. Usagi and the other senshi find out that Chibi-usa is from the future and venture into the future. In the future, they find Usagi (as Neo-Queen Selenity) trapped in a crystal. Neo King Endymion explains that a darkness attacked Crystal Tokyo and the inners sealed Neo-Queen Selenity in the crystal to protect her. He, also, reveals that Chibi-usa is Mamoru and Usagi's future daughter.
