Fees for Becky's Beehive,
For 2007, the fees are as follows:

Full Day, $30.00 per day

As of January 2007, half days are no longer an option
All fees are daily I do not do hourly or drop ins.
Administration fee for two week trial: $25.00 Non refundable
It is my policy to require payment of fees in advance of care, usually two weeks at a time. YOUR payment schedule will be outlined in YOUR personal contract. I will do my best to work with you to arrange a payment schedule that works for us both. Fees are due by close of business (6pm) on your payment date.
Penalties

Late payment of fees:
$15.00 per day. Every 24 hour period or portion there of following your payment deadline will be charges as 1 day. For example: If your payment is due at 6pm of Tuesday and you make payment at 3pm on Thursday, you will be charged for two additional days. 6pm Wednesday would be the first 24 hours and anyting up until 6pm Thursday would be the second 24 hours. This additional fee is due when payment is made,
If non payment of fees continues for more than 5 days, care will terminate until payment (including penalties)has been made.

Late pick up:
$10.00 per 30 minutes / or portion there of.
after 15 minutes have passed I begin charging late fees. The fee increases every 30 minutes. When you are 16 minutes late the fee begins, at 30 minutes it increases. If you are 35 minutes late you will be charged $20.00 extra. The fee will be applied to your next payment. Not paying penaties when you pay your regular fees will be considered late payment and the late payment of fees penalty will apply.

Please note I do not refund money for any reason. Your spot is reserved for you and you are required to pay for it whether you attend or not. By pre paying I guarentee that I will be available (or provide a suitable substitute) on the designated days. If I need to close for any reason on a prepaid day you WILL be given a credit that will be deducted from your next fee period.

There is a minumum of two(2) full days per week, Unless not available
NSF Cheques: A fee of $25.00 will be charged if a cheque submitted is returned by the bank for any reason. After that cash will be the ONLY acceptable means of payment.  You will also be responsible for any fees incurred by me because of your NSF cheque.
