Dusty's Prayer

I ain't much good at prayin', And you mau not know me, Lord.. I ain't much seen in churches' where they preach 'Thy holly Word', But you may have observed me out here on the lonely plains, A-Lookin' after cattle, Feelin' thankful when it rains, Admirin' Thy great handi-work, The mirade of -Grass-. Aware of thy kind spirit in the way it comes to pass. That hired men on the horseback and the livestock that we tended. Can look up at the stars at night and know we've got a friend, Of him whose comin' brought goos will in to the heart of cowboys and cowgirls. A cowgirl ain't no preacher Lord, But if you will hear my prayer, I'll ask as good as we have got for cowboys and cowgirls everywhere. Don't let no hearts be bitter Lord, Don't let no child be hungry or cold. Make easy beds for them that's sick, And them that's weak and old, And let no critter with four feet let kindness bless the trail we ride. No matter what we;re after, And sorta keep us on you'r side. In tears as well as laughter, I am just a sinful cowgirl Lord,...Ain't got no buisness prayin', But still I hope you'll catch a word or two of what I am a sayin'. There ain't no cowboys or cowgirls that's not thankful. One more thing I'll ask of you Lord,..Just help us what you can to save someseeds of freedom for the future cowboys and cowgirls,...Oh and Lord,...Help me keep up with my Rope,...Thank you God, Bless my family and friends. Amen.

Smiles,
